Michelle Cooper UPDATE: I reached out to James Avery about this issue and was called by Lisa at the college station location. She quickly resolved this and had my daughter’s necklace fixed in a timely manner. Customer service is hard to come by and James Avery took care of this issue with no questions asked and no push back I bought my daughter a cross necklace here as a gift for her baptism. After a few short months of having it the necklace broke. We brought it back and had to pay to have it fixed. I picked it up today and it’s already broke again!

C H When we walked in, we saw two associates. One never acknowledged my fiance and I. Never looked up or said a word. Then there was Mrs P! She greeted us with a smile! She was kind, patient, honest, and helpful. She helped me and my fiance pick out our wedding bands! She is truly a gem! Thank you Mrs P!

The staff is friendly, they can do repairs and they have beautiful merchandise. Hassaan Khan There are many jewelry places at this mall. Only Diamond City gets my business. They are first, and foremost, honest. Ive never had a single issue with the individuals who work there. The owner "Big K" is a really nice guy. They sell all types of jewelry. Anything from Gold chains to Gold Grillz. Absolutely the best.
