David Garza Mr. Bradley Turner (asst. gen. mngr.) assisted me in turning a disastrous issue with my fiancé s wedding ring and helped turn it around into a very momentous event. Unfortunately initial communication (no fault of his) with sales person went bad. Ring was not ready as promised for my retirement ceremony. Mr. Bradley spoke with me on the phone and not only offered his sincere apologies but offered several options and asked me to come in. I went in and explained I had another chance to propose at my retirement party with close friends and family. He showed me the engagement ring and it exceeded my expectations. Ive been a customer for almost 20 years and I will continue to be a loyal customer in large part to this young mans professionalism and courteous manner. He made two cops day. Kira Allums I didnt know that there was a class in Texas but clearly its important though mall and I didnt even know I thought that was just the justice but I guess is not only just this a guess theres a Claris too and I cant wait to go there for back to school shopping and all the make up brushes in clothes and pillows and its basically like just six except I have never been into Claires exactly

It was a very sentimental project as she’s been gone since 1989 and I wore her ring daily until I broke one day while at work. Karl was upfront with pricing and kept me updated along the way. Kayla Parma Visited on May 18th, and received wonderful service from a lady I did not catch the name of! Both ladies working were super personable and fun. I purchased a new earring and one of the ladies helped me change out my piercing earring and put in my new one!! She absolutely did not have to, but the fact that she did - and helped my mom and I the entire visit was amazing. I wish I caught their names, but they did not disappoint, and I will be back for future purchases!!

walter kelley Before I went to order my son’s class ring I decided to check the reviews for the Balfour store in Longview Tex that is the closest to me and I went down the line of reviews for that store and I must say I was a little worried about it because some reviews were ruff around the edges however I made the trip anyway hoping for the best.turns out don’t always believe what you hear.maybe those people who had given bad reviews really felt the need to complain about there bad experience they might of had however I must say my experience there was great. The staff could not have been better on my visit they took the time to go over everything we us and I must say they were very polite and helpful in making a choice for a nice ring for my son.thanks so much for being great

The store itself is beautiful- from the gorgeous fixtures and entry way chandelier, to the glass cases full of fine jewelry. Not to mention the store’s signature scent, that will appeal to your senses in a way that is not expected for a jewelry store. The ladies who work there are friendly and welcoming, offering help, a drink or snack while you browse or take advantage of the complimentary jewelry cleaning. Southern Gem did an amazing job on the repair of my wedding ring. I also had them make a duplicate of my wedding band and I can not tell which is the original and which is the new. My rings were returned to me in perfect condition and sparkling like I had not seen them sparkle in years. I highly recommend shopping here and utilizing their jeweler services. If you are looking for an amazing shopping experience for a gift or yourself, Southern Gem is the place!

Ashley Zapata The you g lady with the curly hair is so nice! She has helped me both times in my daughter’s jewelry selection. Each time she has made me feel so welcomed she’s very friendly and nice. Definitely would recommend going with her! I will continue to go there because of her!
