Alex P My wife and I recently visited Markham Fine Jewelers for our 10th anniversary to have her wedding band and ring resized. We had the pleasure of working with Robert, and we were so impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and care throughout the entire process. Robert not only helped us with resizing, but also showed us a selection of beautiful rings with incredible value and pricing within our budget. We ended up upgrading to a stunning 3-carat diamond ring with an impressive crown setting surrounded by smaller diamonds—it is absolutely breathtaking. He was also able to resize my wife’s original band, which she hadn’t been able to wear since we had kids. On top of that, Robert went the extra mile by creating a gorgeous pendant from the diamonds in her previous ring as a special gift for her upcoming birthday. Robert’s attention to detail, patience, and genuine care made this such a memorable and special experience. Spencer Wagley I went to shop for my wifes Valentines present and had a wonderful experience. I was greeted within seconds of entering the store and the sales associate took the time to show me around and help me with my selection. They had a sale buy 3 get 3 free and she let me know that this was going on. Over all it was a very pleasant shopping experience.

Peter Martinez This establishment goes above and beyond for their customers. What other jewelers cant or wont touch, Gram Jewelers can and will get done. They are decently priced and only carry the highest quality merchandise. They make the best custom made items, and if you ever find yourself with ANY piece of jewelry that needs fixing, but you just dont know who you can trust, well this is the place to go to. Trust me, I was in just that kind of bind.

G M 5 starts to Rupa, she is a valuable employee, very dedicated and knowledgeable, I went to that store couple of months ago to do a maintenance on my tennis bracelet , and the old man that helped me said “he couldn’t find me in the system “ and told me to go home get my receipt and come back ?? Who has time for this ? I went back today after 4 months because I just don’t have time , and Rupa helped me and she took care of everything I needed to get done , she is so patient and nice ! Give her a raise , she really represents your brand very well .

Create a jewelry store where 90% of the merchandise is fake and cheap, but sell it in high-end shopping centers for a premium markup hidden inside lots of bright lights and color patterns! Genius!!! I dont get it... but Im a guy. Girls seem to love it... so who am I to give it less than 5-stars. Well done, Kendi, well done!

CC Ryder Sister was gifted with a pair of too fancy, opal earrings. She gifted me w/the set, but with an idea, I wanted to redesign the setting & gift her back. Lapidary Arts took pierced earrings w/mirage setting & turned them into a silver, threaded, dropped, caged setting. There was a miscommunication in the lab creating a delay, but Lapidary Arts made good on the correction. I was pleased with the price. Sister is very pleased with the look. I recommend this shop. Photos of original Mirage setting, test fit on myself, boxed new design with "U" connector, and frontal pic of happy sister.
