1 /5 Stacy B: There is no reason not to be nice and helpful. That’s your job. I dealt with 2 girls and they both didn’t help. Everything was a no when I asked for some assistance. Not assisting me to see the necklaces and bracelets that the girl told me I could not see the bracelets that are on a display stand for people to see. She refused me. She was extremely rude and detached along with the other girl that was suppose to help me and all she did was give me a paper and no pencil. No assistance. I would have bought more. And wished I didn’t even buy what I did buy from this place. Never again. There are other places I can go that knows how to treat their customers!

1 /5 Addison P: Went to get some charms for the charm event, and wanted to add a charm on my bracelet. Was told i was going to be charged $5, how have I been a customer for years and never once been charged this “fee”. The lady who helped me was so rude, didn’t even let me try on the bracelets she just put them there and was staring at me to hurry up. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience, now I know why this store in particular has a bad reputation. And not to mention the employees were talking bad about the customers while I was the only one in the store. If you don’t like your job why work it? I’d like to be able to make $15 an hour and get discounts and actually take pride in helping people.

4 /5 Kevin Aycox: I went in not knowing what I wanted, hoping for some guidance from a professional staff. I was very disappointed in the knowledge and enthusiasm of the sales person. I did buy an okay necklace and pendant but most likely I will look somewhere else to buy jewelry in the future and never visit a James Avery.

5 /5 Vanessa Mata: Experience was very pleasant and welcoming. Was first greeted with a hello walking in and then was politely approached to see if i needed any help. girls working were very helpful and friendly!
