5 /5 Paola Stewart: This review is based on my experience, not while I was in Midland, TX. Samantha was amazing. She took the time to show me everything I was looking for and offered to clean one of my necklaces. Also, I forgot one of my rings and she came to the parking lot to give it to me. This is the first time that I have had the best experience with a professional customer service in one of their stores. Thank you, Samantha!

1 /5 Lorimar Garcia: I’ve purchased from my local Kendra Scott store, many times and always had a pleasant experience with kind and helping staff. I was shopping last minute and purchased a gift for my daughter. Received the email that my pickup was ready and I arrived shortly after at the KS store. I got in line and there were 3 young ladies. Though one was helping a customer the other 2 did not even acknowledge me. I had to say “hello” with a smile. I was never greeted back. In return I was asked “how can I help you”? I told the lady why I was there. She stepped away and brought back my purchase. No gift box only the KS cloth bag the jewelry comes in and placed in a yellow bag. The young lady asked “do you need a gift box” she seemed so bothered already that I kindly declined. No paper to make the yellow bag look pretty just here you go! My husband wanted to get down and make the lady put it in a gift box and add paper to the bag, but I chose to let it go. Something’s aren’t worth the battle, but they are worth mentioning. Given the time of year it would have been nice to have been greeted and shown some kindness. Especially if you’re in customer service. I was so disappointed and left with a sad heart since this hasn’t happened before. Please train your employees to be gracious and courteous. You never know what people are going through and a kind gesture or smile can make someone’s day/change someone’s life.
