She was very knowledgeable and explained the features and differences between each style we considered. She helped us make a very informed decision and even offered to clean my wedding ring after we finished selecting a watch. I sizes my wedding band the first time and the second time I replaced the stone and had a minor repair, TK assisted me and his customer service was impeccable! Sebastian Caballero I went to many other jewelers to see if they could mount some gems but none of them wanted to take the risk. They all told me it was not possible until I found this place. He not only mounted the gems but did some engravings with custom designs that came out perfect. I highly recommend going here, communication via text has been a great help.
