Schery Nielson The work was beautiful but I was promised in 2 weeks it took over 2 weeks and when I went to pick up my repairs I was thinking around $200 and it was over $700! If I had known it was going to be that much I would have never had the repairs done. And the one ring that was to be sized is still to big. I won’t go back. Update! I got a call from Jenna very sweet lady. She went over all my concerns there were a few miscommunications and we got everything worked out. Thanks again Jenna! Update: Refund was in my bank and now it’s gone today. What happened??

I have been to every jewelry store and rock shop, from Washington to Texas looking for jewelry and gems, I know a lot about diamonds and have purchased at luxury brands as well as mom and pop for years. So I do not say this lightly, but my experience at Rice Village was the best jewelry shopping experience I have ever had full stop! First they have a great selection of natural diamonds! They have high quality settings that are unique and diverse. Arcelia was amazing, she looked at my inspiration picks and searched high and low for any ring I might like. And this is a special ring as its my 18 year wedding anniversary so Im taking my time. There was no pressure at all she let me try on everything and touch everything and I felt comfortable the whole time. The diamonds are much better than the quality you find at other stores great cuts and color all around. You really couldnt go wrong with anything in the store. Ronnie was super knowledgeable! I could have geeked out talking to him about diamonds and gems for days! He even offered to find me a special emerald at the vagus gem show, he was fun and friendly as well. I am very excited to find such a great place and Im sure I will be purchasing many pieces from them in the near future. Update: After taking time to enjoy looking at the larger selection of diamonds, I decided on an amazing 3 stone ring, it’s a stunner! More sparkle than I have ever seen! It was a great price too, definitely competitive to online sellers, but way better quality and personal service. I also got to see some of their custom created tennis bracelets and they were true perfection, I would definitely recommend if you are looking for anything custom!
