1 /5 L S: Pretty much done with the ugliness of these employees. My husband and I have been here multiple times a year ago my husband decided to stop coming here because of the blonde lady who was rude to him (he felt she was racist) despite that I continued doing business. We had been going here for years to get things fixed and or make a purchase for occasions. Adroitly I am repulsed with the customer service. I try to stay local meaning having to commute 90 miles to Amarillo for many things. However I encountered the most distasteful customer service here today! I needed a watch resized could have been done in a 5mins at most. 2 links removed. However the employees made it a point to say absolutely not “only on Saturdays.” Which I am glad as I had a few other people tell me they have had a not so welcoming experience. I definitely will not be back and will take my business elsewhere. So I drove down to the Jewelry Doctor and they did in 3mins to be exact. So people if you need a great experience take your business elsewhere. Highly recommend Jewelry Doctor Amarillo Tx or Diamonds Evermore in Clovis New Mexico.

5 /5 Barbara Baird: Long story short: my best friend had a welded bracelet that had broken while we were shopping. I looked around forever to find a place that would repair it, when I called Goodwins they immediately say of course they could fix it and could come in immediately to do it. It took only a few minutes and the lady who helped us was so nice and welcoming. Definitely plan on coming back for their Christmas sales!! 10/10 definitely recommend.
