Mark A. Conlon I love Franzetti. They are family owned and treat us like family every time we’ve shopped there. I’m currently on a a European cruise with my wife for her birthday and I have her wonderful bracelet gift with me only because of the amazing service from Lorie and Franzetti. Went out of her way to ensure we could have a specialized option (birthstones of wife and our two kids) created in less time than it should have taken and then overnighted to me in Houston when it made it back to the store in time. It’s always 5 star service whenever’s we’ve worked with them.

Rich Reyes I use to be always on the hunt for a good deal when It come to buying quality jewelry either during the holidays birthdays especially on valentines day. But for the past 4 or 5 yrs or so I no longer search and have found my go to spot and have become a regular there. Not only do they have great service very educated on pricing on todays market.but when leaving never mad about how much I spend cause. I know I got a good deal . Spend about a hundred bucks on silver your for sure to walk out with a couple rings and a couple chains with pendants and a bracelet for sure . kelojamalsparks Never been here before, my daughter needed a prom dress and the store manager Octavia was the most kind hearted young lady and very respectful. She made sure she took the time to be patient with my daughter because she was so indecisive. But great store loved the windows and whoever the stylist are did a very good job on those mannequins. When you walk in its smell so good and clean! Whoever is the manager over this store needs a raised forsure.

Katie T Branden was so helpful when it came to making my engagement ring a reality! He was able to take a stone from an old family ring and do beautiful hand engraving of leaves/flowers on the sides. He worked with us on price to my our dream a reality. I got updates throughout the process. After my now-fiancé proposed, we realized we had ordered the ring too large. Branden very kindly resized it for us quickly & for free. The whole experience was great.
