Cindy Hamilton I am so impressed! I was in town briefly and noticed that the clasp on my precious cross necklace was not closing tightly. I looked up jewelry repair and saw this place was close to my hotel . I walked in and was immediately greeted with a welcoming smile from Marissa the store manager . I knew immediately that this lady was competent and accommodating. She looked and said she could replace the clasp and looked at my ring that was slightly bent and said that could be fixed too . She then offered to clean my jewelry at no charge. It was just as a feel good wonderful customer service gesture ! She told me to come back in an hour and she’d have them ready . I returned to shiny and impeccably repaired jewelry…I was thrilled . Marissa and her jeweler Tom are top notch professionals. It was a REFRESHING experience. Mark Galati There is a woman that I have fallen in love with and I cant just propose with just the engagement ring. So I plan to give her the diamond earrings and either the amethyst necklace or the Sapphire medallion. The ring I didnt take a picture of because I was so focused on the type of cut that I wanted. But I made a friend with John Sadlowski who explained everything and saved it in their program for me. This woman deserves more so I am going to work harder to find her even more jewels to adorn her as my queen of a new world.

J D I was in the area looking for a watch shop which is no longer, I pulled off and put in watch repair in maps and Sergios Jewelry came up, close by. They replaced bent pins on a vintage watch, and pulled off the keeper holder hoop off a band and put them on my existing watch. They did this all at no charge, it was very generous and greatly appreciated. FYI its just a $7.00 charge to change a watchband if you supply the band. They have an enormous selection of costume jewelry, from basic to dropping in bling! A must stop in for a repair or to shop next time you are in Casa Linda Plaza.
