Lauryn is personable, knowledgeable, and made the process a pleasure from start to finish. She provided all the information we needed about our rings, making the experience stress-free and enjoyable.

She had great customer service skills and was very attentive. Everyone at the front counter was wonderful as well. I will definitely be going back for all my jewelry needs!

Sydney Carter I have repaired three pieces of jewelry with this store and I am always so pleased with the service! The service is fast, professional, and affordable. I highly recommend them. They have beautiful jewelry, especially engagement rings, but also all types of jewelry. Also, they are located in a very cute area in the Heights on 19th St. and super cute walkable stores all around.

Ernesto Cervantez To whom it may concerned I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had while picking up a bracelet I had purchased at your store. When I arrived, I was assisted by a staff member named Melanie, whose demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She commented, “Next time you can go to the other section to pick up,” and rolled her eyes, which felt dismissive. When I mentioned I was told to pick up the bracelet around 5 p.m., she replied, “That can’t be — we have bracelets ready around 4 or 6,” then walked off to look for the item. The tone and attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I understand everyone has off days, but when customers are spending $100 or more, we expect at least a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. I left the store feeling uneasy about my purchase — not because of the product, but because of how I was treated. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I’m sharing this in the hope that other customers will have a more positive experience in the future. Please speak with Melanie about maintaining a respectful and welcoming attitude with customers. Barbara K Moody Team Greg was so wonderful to work with! He resized some rings for me and was half the price of the other jeweler I checked with. I also bought a green Tourmaline from him and had it put into an existing ring, and it’s fabulous! (Price was great too!) He made my husband and I feel right at home, gave me great advice, and we really felt like we could trust what he was telling us. I highly recommend him as a jeweler!
