It’s an older ring and knew it wouldn’t be an easy fix. Being new to the Tyler area and particularly careful about who would handle my ring with the utmost care, this team and staff immediately put me at ease. Matt, the technician is a gem on this earth! His skills and attention to detail is beyond exceptional. Getting my ring back, took my breath away and brought me to tears. It was brought back to its original form and looked better than the day I received it. They’re personable, compassionate and experts in their field. I’ll forever be grateful for the wonderful staff at Susan Robinson.

Marisa Williams YES! I purchased a ring from a "big box store" (that was my first mistake). The ring was sized wrong (waaaay too small) but I dealt with it until I couldnt. The original store wanted to charge me the cost of the ring plus to resize it BUT the staff at Cindys assured me they could do it for much less! They SUPERCEDED my expectations (and Im very particular). The work is flawless. Now Im looking to having a band custom made there because I know it will be great! They care about each and every customer and provide excellent service. They are hard-working, honest, reliable, trustworthy and very kind Christians. They also have a beautiful selection of jewelry and make gorgeous wedding rings. The one Joe made for my daughter is stunning ! 5 stars just aren’t enough for them. They are that good. Anna one of the workers is my go to person always polite and respectful. Helps me out a great deal. She is very knowledgeable about most of the things that are sold here . Overall great place for shopping or getting a little extra money. Great prices and deals.

Vy Chen this location is awful DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. i went in for a chain and to have a charm engraved, not only was Michelle N rude and unhelpful but the store’s machine didn’t work and my charm had scratches everywhere. my first attempt on engraving the charm was handwritten, a pretty decent size and written within the perimeters. the machine had completely FLIPPED OVER my charm and was writing everything all over the place. they let me redo it again and recommended i used the text setting, which completely ruined the whole purpose of coming in, where i wanted to hand write something but after seeing what happened i settled. i saw the worker pull out another charm from the drawer, where it was completely scratched up. even after using the text setting the charm FLIPPED OVER ONCE AGAIN and looked NOTHING like what was shown. it is completely illegible and looks like chicken scratch, and there is suppose to be a heart written on it????? only after i spent my money and wasted my time the worker THEN AFTER informed me that they have been having problems with the machine, why sell me something that you knew didn’t work?? and people were unhappy with???? i’m upset i wasn’t informed of the issues they had beforehand and how i couldn’t refund this scam. i will never be returning and i hope the worker is retrained thoroughly on customer service and letting them know of any precautions before they spend their money.
