I returned my order on 25th day after purchasing and store associate said the return policy has changed to 15 days and returned my money in merchandise credit. After 2 months I tried to use and it says invalid gift card. I called customer service and asked about it and they said it’s already been used. I told her that I just scratched off the pin to use and how can that be used without pin. She said the store might have given me a used one. I literally don’t have return receipt because it’s over 2 months and I feel like I’m robbed. They can’t see anything from their end about return. How can a business that’s everywhere can’t have the purchase and return info? Customer representative said she doesn’t have a ticket number created but she will call me back once she hears from her lead lol. I have no trust in their process.

1 /5 Joseph Dogen: The woman at the cash register asked for my phone number for discounts and store information. I did not give my number and was treated very rudely in front of my children. The person selling souvenirs cannot be this rude. The cashier is very, very rude. Disgrace

1 /5 nikitha mn: My friend and I had one of the worst in-store experiences yesterday. The store associate was very rude to us, and the entire experience was extremely unpleasant. Despite her giving us rude looks, we even folded the dresses we tried on as a courtesy. However, the employee was so unprofessional that she even asked my friend to return a hanger while we were leaving the store. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable.I hope none of the other customers should face this.

4 /5 Elizabeth Rock: Love their sales more than anything! They always have super cute stuff for a VERY affordable price. The sales people are always so nice and helpful. My only downside is the wash and wear. The clothes are cute but don’t see to hold up as well as I would like or as some of my other clothes in the wash. I picked up this outfit there and I’m in love with it. It’s cute, can be worn as a dress up or dress down outing and super comfy.
