They were very very kind and friendly and helped us out so much. We loved our experience. 1 /5 Jacob Hernandez: I purchased a bracelet and warranty (I didn’t want the warranty but they pushed for me to add it) and I was told I can have as many links removed as many times as needed and it would be free except for adding links. I had some links removed the same day. After about 2 weeks I get my bracelet back and it was still loose so I had asked if I can get it sent in again to remove more links. They told me I had to wait 30 days for some supposed policy they couldn’t present to me. I waited 30 days and when I went to have the links removed they told me to verify that the links I want removed was going to be enough because the next time was going to be charged. I told them that they told me otherwise when I bought the warranty and they stood by the decision of charging me for the next link removal. This store is very shady. Highly recommend to go elsewhere!
