Tara Mustafa What an amazing experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked it to this beautiful store. We came in to get a bracelet that my bestie wanted to get me for my birthday. We have been talking about this jewelry for a while and we finally made it. The esthetic was beautiful and the Lab coats add such a vibe to the environment. We were helped by Sunni and Claire who worked well together and explained all the process and the products. They were kind and considerate and very professional. We did not feel rushed or pressured in any way. These ladies are excellent staff who bring light to the location! Thank you for an amazing experience. We ended up with 2 gold bracelets and charms. I regularly coordinate with the manager Jahnell and staff member Mariah. They are very helpful and highly knowledgeable with their job duties. I rate this store and the staff performance , customer service as 5/5 stars. I highly recommend this place.

Maria Tristan I’ve purchased several items from S&S. The customer service is amazing here. Seriously, other places at downtown McAllen try to push stuff on you or want you to choose quickly or keep it moving making it seem like you’re wasting their time - not here. They let you take your time on choosing items, of course I don’t take advantage as I know they have many customers. Each item I’ve picked which include earrings, necklace, and rings, (for myself and as gifts)are beautiful and the best prices I’ve found.
