What truly stood out was the incredible service I received. Joey was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the my perfect wedding band. Joey listened carefully to what I was looking for and presented me with options that were exactly what I wanted, all while staying within my price range.The customer service was truly great, it was clear that their priority was ensuring I found a ring I would love. It was a truly special place to make such an important purchase, I cannot wait to pick up my ring next week! Beyond helping me find the right ring, I also got the experience of getting to play around and try on gorgeous jewelry. 5 /5 Andrew Alexander: On a 5 star scale, I give 20 stars. I’ve seen the pieces that GBJ produces, some people spend tens of thousands of dollars on their artwork. Yes, artwork. I spent a fraction of what some people spend, but that doesn’t matter to them. Lex treats us like family every time we walk through the door, and so does the rest of the GBJ team. Their work is amazing and their customer service is untouchable. Lex not only did a phenomenal job upgrading my wife’s ring, he then turned around and did a miracle repair after the fire department had to cut it off when her finger got too swollen to get it off. It’s still just as stunning and you can’t tell it was cut and mangled. Lex was incredibly reassuring and delivered a straight miracle. I cannot recommend anyone else for all things jewelry.
