Wendy Enlow After dealing with an unprofessional at one Zales location I decided to try another location. I walked in and was greeted by Mr. Eddie. He was so friendly. Even after finding out I was there for ring sizing, he continued to be just as friendly. Eddie saved you Zales! After my unpleasant visit else where I told myself I was never shopping there again. Kayla Parma Visited on May 18th, and received wonderful service from a lady I did not catch the name of! Both ladies working were super personable and fun. I purchased a new earring and one of the ladies helped me change out my piercing earring and put in my new one!! She absolutely did not have to, but the fact that she did - and helped my mom and I the entire visit was amazing. I wish I caught their names, but they did not disappoint, and I will be back for future purchases!!
