5 /5 Mariah Washington: Got the new Sport watch and love! Its so light (I had the first gen and it was really heavy). Taylor convinced me to upgrade it and Im so glad I did. The talk to text works amazing. The band is so soft (even though its silicone it feels like buttery leather). 100% happy with the whole shopping trip there. The store was clean and organized and even though I went after work so it was right around when they were closing the staff was super helpful. Taylor went out of his way to help. ⌚

3 /5 Slim S: Very reasonable prices. But not much on the customer service end in my opinion. The watches werent set to the right time, so I guess Roman Numerals are a bit challenging for some. The dates werent set either. In prior years every watch I ever bought has had the date and time properly set, up until today.

1 /5 Sammy Samora: Everytime I come in here i get disappointed. The employees never acknowledge me. They never talk to me unless I talk to them. The 2 guys working today acted like I was beneath them. I like fossil watches. I feel you get a nice looking watch at a great price. If yall keep hiring people like these two guys, I might be done with fossil. I know Im just 1 guy that doesnt matter to yall. Hopefully yall get better employees. People that dont judge people on how they look. Next time say hi, how are you doing? You might meet a guy with a great personality. Whoever is hiring the same type of people, youre part of the problem. I hope everyone has a great day.
