He gave us some recommendations on repairing the wedding band to last and making sure it doesnt get bent again, but in the meantime he said hed just reform it and clean my engagement ring free of charge. Last week, we brought back both my rings and hubbys wedding band for cleaning/polish service but Luis noticed the prongs of my engagement ring were getting worn. He quoted us the repair and we were told it would take about a week. We got the call they were ready before the week was up. Our rings are so shiny, they all look new! Good quality service! When youre looking for a jeweler, youre not just looking for a craftsman, youre looking for someone reliable and trust-worthy. Luis is that.
