Anytime we went to Kay’s for an appt to approve the progress, we never felt rushed and Elizabeth went the extra mile to make sure everything was done to perfection. This went above and beyond the customer service we would expect from any jeweler and really helped make what could have been a stressful season a really enjoyable one!

I then went in store and she spent about 2 hours with me making sure that I got exactly what I was looking for and then she engraved everything! I will definitely be going back.
