Christi and Donnie were so welcoming as soon as I stepped foot into their door from showing me around their store, offering drinks and more importantly educating me to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. Christi is so passionate about everything she offers in the store which is something I’ve learned to appreciate nowadays. The store was clean, well organized and artistically put together. After browsing through earrings, bracelets and necklaces I landed on a beautiful rose gold with diamond ring that’s stackable (which I thought was unique) for my girlfriend to show my appreciation for everything she does. Needless to say I will definitely be back to add one of their Wilbur watches to the collection! Thank you August House for your exceptional service.

He shared his wealth of information on jewelry and I knew immediately I was in great hands! He and Rose are going to create some pieces for me from old rings I have and Im beyond excited! Nikki Simmons A Friend of Nans had came into my work and mentioned she does engraving and my engagement ring was broken and had to be re engraved. The lady politely said she doesnt work with jewelry and told me about Nan. So I contacted Her via email of her site and she reached out to me very quickly. She had me come to her shop in Mckinney and I showed her my ring. She told me to contact the company that made my ring first to see if they would replace it. The company told us they wouldnt do anything for us. So I let Nan know what they said. She told me she was worried my ring would break even more with being repaired so she told me my options and I picked out a differnt band and she was able to send me 2 gorgeous ideas for the new ring and we ordered my wedding band. So we go to pick up the wedding band and in there is my band and my original engagement ring. She had fixed it! This women just went above and beyond. I couldnt believe it. I just cant say enough about this lady and her business.

They were exceptionally friendly and helpful, exuding a genuine and warm demeanor that made me feel welcome and as though I were an integral part of their community. It is refreshing to encounter establishments that genuinely care and provide such exceptional service. Lady named Lyn was exceptional upon my entrance, but Krista who assisted me was simply awesome y’all I would’ve given them 10 stars for especially where the area where their Showroom is located, other STORES nearby certainly have their noses high up in the air, but not this place. Sherry Gaible James Avery never has a sale but they did offer a good deal on their charms. So, I gathered the three adopted granddaughters and had a shopping spree this hot afternoon. I have been coming up empty for their birthday and Christmas gifts the past year or so. Starting a charm bracelet or add on necklace is a great way for them to design their own gift. This JA store seems brand new, but the very personable and helpful store manager, Karen, said the store is actually five years old. Could have fooled me. We had Karen and her assistant Morgan"s full attention for a good part of the afternoon. The brilliantly lit glass cases, with sample charms, were so enticing, but the girls (11, 9 and 7) made wonderful decisions on their own. I hope this is a tradition that we can keep for years to come.

Devlina Ghosh Was looking to buy a new watch and the owner was very helpful and informative. He went over the watch with me and helped me make my decision. He was very patient while I was unable to make up my mind. Also, true to his word. He told me that it would come within a day and it was delivered on time.
