Maria Tristan I’ve purchased several items from S&S. The customer service is amazing here. Seriously, other places at downtown McAllen try to push stuff on you or want you to choose quickly or keep it moving making it seem like you’re wasting their time - not here. They let you take your time on choosing items, of course I don’t take advantage as I know they have many customers. Each item I’ve picked which include earrings, necklace, and rings, (for myself and as gifts)are beautiful and the best prices I’ve found.

Lisa collaborated with her team to offer some repair options that would keep it from breaking again. They think out of the box for you. Rich Miller Originally I had brought my watch to a guy in the local mall to change bands. He spent about 45 minutes on it and charged me $125. The next day, one end of the watchband fell loose. I decided to get my watch repaired by Fine Fix. The guy fixed it in less than 5 minutes AND replaced the battery. Total charge: $30.00. I highly recommend Fine Fix Jewelry. Easily five stars.

Sill, OK to come because its one of the few places you can still find pieces from the Essence collection! The first lady that helped us was amazing and super helpful, the second, not so much. When I go, I expect to be taken care of by one person and I expect their undivided attention. Because Ive spent thousands of dollars on my collection and this is a love I share with my daughter and my sister and now my mother as well. I never go in to browse, I always shop till I spend every dime of what Ive saved for the experience. This store is always clean, the lighting is perfect and when you can get the right customer service person that person is always very patient and helpful.
