Marisa Williams YES! I purchased a ring from a "big box store" (that was my first mistake). The ring was sized wrong (waaaay too small) but I dealt with it until I couldnt. The original store wanted to charge me the cost of the ring plus to resize it BUT the staff at Cindys assured me they could do it for much less! They SUPERCEDED my expectations (and Im very particular). The work is flawless. Now Im looking to having a band custom made there because I know it will be great! We were in Kerrville on a visit so was in a bit of a pickle with a watch that would not stay latched and they were able to tweak it to get the clasp to latch and were so kind about it. Least I could do is write them a great review. Cool shop. Great folks. Recommended.
