I needed repair work done on a cherished ring that my wife was given by my late mother. To my family, the ring is priceless as it belonged to my mother and has a very sentimental story that ties both my wife and me to the ring. I relayed to her what I needed and that I was also interested in the Rolex line of watches. In fact, she found damage to one of the prongs that we had not realized. While Marcy was working with my wife, she asked Conner to show me the Rolex line. Riley Ray Sobczak If you need anything engraved and want to use the best around, I recommend Abe’s Engraving at Plaza Fine Jewelry in Dallas above all else! I went in to get a watch engraved as an anniversary gift, and Raja was both helpful and pleasant to chat with! The watch I brought wasn’t exactly what I was looking for but I’d had limited options online. In store, she noticed I liked the other watches and proceeded to showed me a number of comparable options in-store (but only after confirming I could return the original watch for a refund)! I purchased watch 1 from her and placed an order for engraving with a few words and a date. The back of the watch is tricky, limited space, but they made it work beautifully! I’ve now returned the original watch for a full refund. Not only was she incredibly helpful, she was also incredibly understanding. I purchased the watch and left it for engraving, then had a change of heart within 30 minutes. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to exchange it with another watch, but she completely took that worry away. She took watch 1 back with a smile and helped me to purchase watch 2, which I picked up today after engraving. I am so happy that I chose to go with Plaza Fine Jewelry and especially Raja, as she was a wonderful and kind salesperson who really made the whole process a breeze. And I must of course mention that the finished watch is beyond what I imagined - I’ve it! I think my partner will love it as well. Thank you so much for your help, kindness, and speed with getting it to me within my short time frame. I absolutely recommend this store to any and everyone in the DFW area - you will not be disappointed!

Matthew C Update (2/23/25): Bad. Went today to sell them my JAXXON Cuban link 14K 2.7mm 24” chain. It weighs 13.2g. Gold spot price today is $94/g(2939/oz). So 14k melt price would = $727. There are calculators for this. The man offered me $450. I will not be coming back to this place. I left and sold my chain for $635 instantly at another gold shop. Now I understand the bad reviews and adding one of my own above. Went there this morning to see if I could exchange a 24K pendant that my wife bought for me few months back in China. The lady that greeted me was very friendly and professional. She gave me fair spot market gold price for the pendant(less a few% of course), and I got a 24K gold cross for a fair price. Very satisfied. Not sure why all the bad reviews.
