The selection of jewelry is stunning, but what really set this store apart was how they took the time to understand my preferences and helped me find the perfect piece. They listened to my style preferences and offered thoughtful suggestions. What really stood out was the attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that the piece I chose was a perfect fit, and they made sure I was completely happy with my selection. The entire experience felt truly special, and they have gained me as a customer for whenever I am in need of some bling! Not being able to speak directly with anyone at Jostens corporate, I took a chance and called Jostens-Allen directly. First ring, Larry answered and so graciously fulfilled my order, complimentary. Larry said Ill still receive my original order, as I have already paid, but he just wanted to make sure I had what I needed and so that I could make my Senior 2020 experience memorable without any delay. She was incredibly kind and honestly educated me quite a bit! I told her I was new to the area and was excited to have found my new jewelry spot/ jewelry lady!! I cant wait to go back in and see her! Ana Bonilla Salazar I went to Jewelry Limited to get my antique watch fitted. From the moment i stepped in, everyone was so friendly, even the other customers. It was nice and quick. It was fitted perfectly to my wrist and when i saw that they had watch batteries, they fixed up my watch so it was up n running. While i was there, another customer was looking to sell her antique chalices, and though they couldn’t help her. They kindly referred her to place that possibly could. They also had beautiful jewelry displayed and a variety of chains. The owners are personable and listen to what your needs are. 100% Recommend!
