Michelle Cooper UPDATE: I reached out to James Avery about this issue and was called by Lisa at the college station location. She quickly resolved this and had my daughter’s necklace fixed in a timely manner. Customer service is hard to come by and James Avery took care of this issue with no questions asked and no push back I bought my daughter a cross necklace here as a gift for her baptism. After a few short months of having it the necklace broke. We brought it back and had to pay to have it fixed. I picked it up today and it’s already broke again!

Ashley Lamborn DO NOT USE them. I highly recommend just ordering the cap and gown(only because there are no other options)and NOTHING MORE. I didn’t get my son’s graduation package till 2 days before his graduation. I asked for a refund and got the run around from the location in Amarillo and got lied to saying a refund is in the process when it wasn’t. I then called corporate to verify and got the run around from them as well. They also said I had to pay to ship the items back then I would get reimbursed and for not even half of what I paid for the package. If I could give zero stars I would. Once again, DO NOT USE THEM. Horrible place of business.

constanza Every time i come in i have a great experience, the staff is super friendly, respectful, and helpful. I love when the employees leave an item in my fitting room to style my outfit with! Makes me feel very welcomed and well taken care of ! I will be coming back very often this fall and winter for all their cute clothes and accessories!

Kimberly ODaniel I was so lucky to have found Emily’s booth at the Edom Art Festival and I bought a beautifully simple pair of hoops. I did not get her card (and honestly forgot her name) so I thought I’d never get another pair. Then, like magic, she was at Mistletoe and Magic this weekend! Now I have two beautiful pairs of delicate hoops and her website to buy more lovely pieces. I love how light the jewelry is. I have never worn anything but stud earrings because my ear lobes felt weighed down. Not in Emily’s earrings; I forget I’m even wearing them. And, I get SO many compliments on them.
