1 /5 Ashley Lamborn: DO NOT USE them. I highly recommend just ordering the cap and gown(only because there are no other options)and NOTHING MORE. I didn’t get my son’s graduation package till 2 days before his graduation. I asked for a refund and got the run around from the location in Amarillo and got lied to saying a refund is in the process when it wasn’t. I then called corporate to verify and got the run around from them as well. They also said I had to pay to ship the items back then I would get reimbursed and for not even half of what I paid for the package. If I could give zero stars I would. Once again, DO NOT USE THEM. Horrible place of business.

1 /5 Melissa MacDonald: If I could give 0 starts, I would. I dont know why our school continues to use them. We have had nothing but issues with them. They still owe us a refund from 3 years ago, with a different childsgraduation. This time, graduation is about a month and a half out, and they still havent sent the announcements. Isnt the point to send them out before and give people a heads up? I got yelled at and hung up on, after I kept getting interrupted in the middle of my sentences. The lady would ask me a question and not let me finish. Some of the most unprofessional people Ive ever had the displeasure of talking to.

I purchased a pricey class ring from them which they failed to announce my sons name During the ring ceremony, which I paid full price for the ring when it was due, they didn’t call his name during ceremony for his ring. Secondly, I purchased an expensive frame from them for my son’s diploma and picture. I was unhappy with the product and they did not offer any returns. I finally put my son picture together because I was waiting on his picture for a while just to find out the frame material and the little things for the back of the frame fall apart I will have no luck getting anything replaced from them. Jostens sucks and nobody should be ripped off this way.

1 /5 Jonathan Munoz: Daughter is graduating on the 22nd of May, we had placed our order back in November, it wasnt processed until December. Still havent received announcements and invitations and other items purchased from a package offered through them. We have called and tried speaking to staff, who apparently dont have any idea what is going on. The last time we spoke to someone at the Amarillo office, we were told the items should be here by the 24th of May. A lot of good that does seeing that she graduates on the 22nd. Asked about a refund, and we were told that it is up to Tod if we get a refund or not. The same guy that wont return calls or emails. Tried reaching out to the main office in Bloomington MN, and they were no more help than the Amarillo office. There are several other families from Amarillo, Tascosa high School, having similar issues. Beyond frustrated at this point.

1 /5 L M: Terrible company and customer service. They put patches on my daughter’s lettermans jacket that was paid for by the school after my daughter told them that she did not want any patches because we were getting them somewhere else. They told her to just put down what patches she would like so they had an idea and that if they weren’t paid for that they we wouldn’t get them. Now she has patches on her jacket and they say i have to pay $230 for the patches before she can receive the jacket. They claim that they never said that, however another girl that was sitting with my daughter and who was also getting patches from another company was told the same thing…to just put them down. Fortunately for her, her mother has been thru this before and called and told them again that they did not want the patches. I just took my daughters word for it that if they weren’t paid for, then they wouldn’t put them on the jacket. I tried talking to the owner (Brandie) and told her that I would pay for the embroidered first name and the custom last name patch if they would take the other patches off the jacket. Needless to say, we will not be paying for the patches, and they can keep the jacket. Not good customer service at all! I wonder how many other people they have scammed out of money by doing this scheme? After talking to our Athletic Director, he informed me that I’m not the only one that’s had complaints. My daughter is a minor and should not be making these types of decisions without a parent present since obviously she’s not the one that would be paying for it. If i could give 0 stars i would! I would not recommend this business to anyone!
