Shane Tibiletti I am glad that I made the drive from Dallas to get my engagement ring for my fiancé from Ernst. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to explain things to me. Jennifer was a huge help throughout the whole process and was always available to answer questions that I had. I dont think I would have this level of trust with any jeweler I would have gone to in Dallas. Local business is the way to go for sure. Would definitely recommend going to Ernst if youre looking to pop the question.

The store has a beautiful selection of high-quality pieces, from classic designs to more modern and unique styles. I was looking for a special gift and the staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and even offered suggestions that I hadn’t considered. I ended up choosing a gorgeous necklace that was beautifully packaged and made the perfect gift. The craftsmanship is top-notch and you can tell that great care goes into each piece. What stood out the most was the customer service – warm, genuine, and professional. I never felt pressured and left the store feeling confident and happy with my purchase. I’ll definitely be returning for future gifts (and maybe something for myself!). Highly recommended if you’re looking for quality jewelry and a great shopping experience.

The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. They gave me an accurate estimate of the time and cost, and delivered exactly as promised. Cindy Hamilton I am so impressed! I was in town briefly and noticed that the clasp on my precious cross necklace was not closing tightly. I looked up jewelry repair and saw this place was close to my hotel . I walked in and was immediately greeted with a welcoming smile from Marissa the store manager . I knew immediately that this lady was competent and accommodating. She looked and said she could replace the clasp and looked at my ring that was slightly bent and said that could be fixed too . She then offered to clean my jewelry at no charge. It was just as a feel good wonderful customer service gesture ! She told me to come back in an hour and she’d have them ready . I returned to shiny and impeccably repaired jewelry…I was thrilled . Marissa and her jeweler Tom are top notch professionals. It was a REFRESHING experience.
