1 /5 Precious Benitez: Absolutely horrible customer service and attention by the Manager Samatha that did absolutely nothing but hide instead of resolve my concern. I bought a watch from another location 2hrs ago got the wrong watch came to get the right one however all the sudden my name was a problem when it wasn’t hours ago at another store. I spent thousands of dollars and my name was not ever the issue. Called customer care they are also trash, I was on hold to speak with a manager and hung up on. Once I pay off my account I’m canceling this account not worth the hassle, quick to take your money however unwilling to give it back.

1 /5 Lizette Arreola: I was at this mall 06-21-25 from out of town we happen to walk in the doors and Kays was at the corner right side from our entry point. My husband has been wanting a nice new watch so we did walk in and had a look, he was helped by a young man with glasses he did like a Movado black watch and was going to purchase it. On the counter was a sign sale advertisement for 25% off so when he started telling us the price then with the sale he mentioned only 20% and I pointed to the sign and said well the sign says 25% can u honor your sign on the counter and he says let me ask and walks away. He came back with a older white lady and she says she is a manager and has no way of adjusting the price... Well I had been in the retail business for 10 years and have been in high positions, and I know that is a bunch of hogwash.. it made me very sad when she said that cause I know that u could, and Im not about to make a scene and argue. So I said thats perfectly fine and that is a deal breaker for me and we shall pass on the watch. I was going to go all in and open credit here as well but this has changed my mind(I have excellent credit 750+) this incident made my decision clear I would Never return to Kays anywhere. I would leave 0 stars but that is not an option. GO TO PARAMOUNT JEWELRY IN THE SAME MALL!!!! We walked out with rings worth 10k and got an amazing discount only paid 4k for the two Ultra High Quality Certified Diamonds ! Staff is Soooo Amazing there you will leave feeling like a million bucks! ( Already had synchrony credit and this purchase was easily applied to my cc )This very day I became a loyal customer to Paramount Jewelers. Ive told my close friends all about how I was treated here and the crazy quality and discounts they gave, so now Im telling anyone who read this

5 /5 Candace Sparks: This particular store is great. All the employees are very friendly. Samantha is the one that ended up having to help us through one of the hardest things we have had to encounter. We sent my ring to get resized and when we got it back a diamond was missing, we sent it back and it came back rhodium plated over my rose gold. We went back-and-forth another three times to get the rose gold fixed and finally when it came back, it had a loose diamond. The entire time that we were going through this Samantha was such a help and was so encouraging and we just knew that she had our back. Finally, it was agreed that they would allow us to be refunded for my original ring and we would be able to pick out something new. The only reason we made it through was Samantha‘s support. I absolutely loved my wedding set! And it broke my heart to think of not having it anymore. But we did find something that met all my criteria and is more beautiful than I could have imagined! so thank you to Samantha for being so amazing.

I went to multiple jewelers before deciding on Kay, but they had the most confidence that they could design my perfect ring. Its a pleasure working with them, and they are a great team together. I couldnt ask for a better experience and better people.
