Ingeborg Tauber I had the pleasure of meeting Chris Adams/Manager of Dallas Gold $ Silver in Euless, TX, located on Airport Fwy/Industrial Blvd. in Euless, TX. Mr. Adams extended excellent Customer Service, which is hard to find these days, plus demonstrated outstanding product knowledge. I had two watches, both made and purchased in Europe that needed battery replacement and one needed adjustment to fit my wrist. The battery replacement and wrist adjustment was fixed on location. (Other stores would have sent the watches to another location, because they were made in Europe.) Mr. Adams customer service had no problems solving the repair by himself at the current location. Needless to say that I am a happy and extremely satisfied customer. Mr. Adams, you are recommended to my family, friends and anyone who reads this review. I thank you and greatly appreciate your service.

Ashley Atchison Had a WONDERFUL experience at the Zales outlet today...there was in house jewelry repair person and they did an AMAZING JOB changing out my diamond!!! I bought the original engagement ring and wedding band at Zales 25 years ago and continue to go back due to people like Ivy and her team!!!! It was so refreshing to encounter someone so incredibly nice to start off our day! We are already planning a trip to come back for another bracelet!

Davina McKee 5-14-25 6:45 pm went in to look for a charm bracelet for graduation gift. The James Avery clerk I Dillards was too busy leaning on the Counter and popping her gum. Not once did she come over and ask if there was something we were looking for. Had to call her three times just to ask about a charm. Very lazy and horrible customer service. Went to Pandora and spent $550 there.
