I’ve never ordered from Dear Heart before, and I was so excited to get my order. Needless to say I was incredibly disappointed in their shipping process. My box arrived damaged, and was shocked when I opened the box. There was absolutely nothing (bubble wrap, tissue paper, plastic bags, Nothing!) protecting the product from rough shipping processes. I could’ve cut the shirt had used a knife (glad I didn’t!!). There wasn’t even tissue paper, cute thank you card/sticker, nothing!! Be proud of your apparel! Take care of your products when you ship it to your customers! I’m genuinely excited when I purchase from unique gifts businesses/boutiques, and this was a complete let down. Amazon makes me feel more like a valued customer than this experience. 3 stars for the products.
