I recently went in looking for a graduation gift and found the perfect one thanks to their help. Their team always goes above and beyond. They also have a great fragrance collection.

5 /5 Justin C: This place is incredible, one of the Pins on my Rolex Datejust slipped out of place, I originally took it downtown to Cristianis, the person I spoke to there was pretty rude, telling me he wouldn’t touch my watch, and wouldn’t help me because my watch has been modified (it is completely covered in diamonds) so I took it to Sam’s, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they actually fixed my watch for free. They definitely have my business from here on out. A+

My fiancé and I stopped in to get him sized for his wedding band and to ask a few questions about his cross necklace and my engagement ring. We felt like we were talking to a friend rather than a worker that we’d never met before!

5 /5 Anthony Uchytil: Amazing customer service. Went in to get my watch band replaced, they noticed that I was missing some pins in order to complete the installation. Mark was wearing the same brand watch and gave me the pins from his own watch enable to complete the installation. It saved us a massive headache. I would highly reccomend Sam L. Majors to anyone!

5 /5 Kristen Hunter: My experience with Sam L. Majors was absolutely fantastic! My engagement ring just came in and is everything I was hoping it would be. Everyone I worked with was extremely friendly and attentive. Marc worked directly with me to design my ring and have it made quickly. He was easy to get in touch whenever I had a question or had different thoughts on my design. In addition, he was extremely cognizant of our budget and never tried to persuade us to upgrade to a larger sized diamond or a more expensive design. I would highly recommend working with their team to get exactly what you want!
