Nicole Caldwell This is a very nice boutique, lux jewelry store. While they have beautiful engagement and wedding rings and bands, they also have beautiful gemstone and other diamond jewelry as well. I would love to shop here for real some time. I just needed my finger sized for my rings to get resized. I have to get my rings resized by the store I bought it from, otherwise I would trust this store to resize them no problem. The staff were excellent.

Nadeem N I walked into JCPenney with zero expectations actually, more like avoiding it for years because I assumed the prices would be sky-high and not worth the trip. But wow, was I wrong. This place was like walking into a secret warehouse of discounts that no one talks about. I don’t know if they’re trying to be low-key about it or what, because I swear these deals aren’t being blasted online or anywhere else I usually see ads. Its almost like they’re hiding these sales for people who actually show up in person. If that’s their marketing strategy, it’s working now, because I’m telling everyone. We saw Liz Claiborne handbags for 50% off, a rainbow wall of crewneck shirts for $5.99 each, Pokémon backpack sets, and even 4th of July sandal sales for under $30. You could literally redo your whole closet or back-to-school list in one sweep and not break the bank. I was so surprised, I had to stop and take photos not for clout, but to remind myself to come back, because my memory is mostly folders of random thoughts unless I log stuff visually. While I was browsing and snapping pics, an employee from cosmetic came up to me asking if everything was okay. At first I was like, “Uh oh, am I doing something wrong?” but she wasn’t rude at all—just doing her job and keeping an eye on things. Honestly, its rare to see staff that attentive anymore. She didn’t hover or make it weird, just checked in and moved on. Five stars to employee for being present and professional. The store was also super clean and well-organized. Clothes were folded, shelves were full but not chaotic, and everything felt intuitive to navigate. It didn’t feel like a chore to shop here, which for me is a big deal because most stores either overstimulate or underdeliver. JCPenney is officially back on my radar. Great prices, organized layout, attentive staff, and deals that deserve more hype.

Ronster This store is huge, with lots of inventory. It was very clean, staff was very friendly, lots of great deals on well made clothing, shoes and accessories.

Mitchell Ramirez Tristan was so helpful and pierced my daughters ears and made her very comfortable. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with our visit and would recommend this place to get an ear piercing.

Kiante Young These guys made my ring from scratch. It was exactly what I wanted. They were attentive and budget friendly. They were professional and fast. Lastly, the quality is so good. Better than the chain jewelry stores. My lady was so happy!!!

Rhett Herring Tammy was nice, she stopped what she was doing to explain the gold buying process by weights. At the time I write this her, over the counter premiums are same/better than online vendors when shipping/security is considered.

Brianna Norris I needed some links removed from a new Bulova watch I had gotten for my birthday. At first I tried taking it to the actual bulova section of Dillard’s, who refused to help me because I hadn’t bought it from there. But 20 more steps through the mall I saw this lovely jewelry store that took great care of me! This very professional staff was very patient with me and did a nice job (they had to take out almost all the links) but it was only $8 and super fast. I really appreciated the service!!
