I needed help with finding something that would fit through the tiny hole of my pendant and also be good quality. Never expected to leave with my new chain and necklace back on my neck that day, so thank you so much to the woman who helped me. I had the blue hamsa necklace with the eye inside. From the moment I was picking up my special order and dropping off jewelry , she made me feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable, almost like I was catching up with a best friend! Joe G. This is a newer location (recently moved) and it looks great. From the jewelry displays to the mall location, its a great convenient shopping spot. The customer service guests are pretty friendly and are very informed about their products. Theyre charming and will win your business if you need help looking for a special gift. There is a section within this store, I dont recall seeing it at the old location, where they custom make the jewelry in front of you. I wasnt sure if it was made to order or if they were just piecing the jewelry together to place on the displays. Nonetheless, it was cool to see the workers in action.
