robnL1000 I have have had repairs, appraisals, and recently the resizing of my Mom’s wedding band because it was too big on her. We were afraid of it falling off her finger and losing it. They have always been so kind to us and also honest about what is possible and what was not. I really appreciate the honesty. Even though our pieces were simple or inexpensive, they always treated it with the same level of care as an expensive piece of jewelry. I highly recommend them.

There’s quite a bit of quality custom jewelry on display, and I definitely would recommend them for any repairs as well. Also, a couple of weeks ago I brought in my watch band in for repair. It turned out they were able to fix it with an adjustment right on the spot and didn’t charge me. The original store wanted to charge me the cost of the ring plus to resize it BUT the staff at Cindys assured me they could do it for much less! They SUPERCEDED my expectations (and Im very particular). The work is flawless. Now Im looking to having a band custom made there because I know it will be great!
