Cindy Hamilton I am so impressed! I was in town briefly and noticed that the clasp on my precious cross necklace was not closing tightly. I looked up jewelry repair and saw this place was close to my hotel . I walked in and was immediately greeted with a welcoming smile from Marissa the store manager . I knew immediately that this lady was competent and accommodating. She looked and said she could replace the clasp and looked at my ring that was slightly bent and said that could be fixed too . She then offered to clean my jewelry at no charge. It was just as a feel good wonderful customer service gesture ! She told me to come back in an hour and she’d have them ready . I returned to shiny and impeccably repaired jewelry…I was thrilled . Marissa and her jeweler Tom are top notch professionals. It was a REFRESHING experience. This was a small purchase, but I was treated like royalty. I highly recommend. Thank you Marissa Cindy H .

Patricia Fults I received a Bulova watch for my birthday in April & the battery didnt last long. I went to a dept store in McAllen to replace battery - 1 hour and 3 associates later - I was told my watch was broken. Regency Jewelers was my first stop. I spoke with Roy and he did a excellent job explaining how Bulovas can be tricky - theyd replace the battery first; if it was in fact broken & needed repair - theyd provide me w/ an estimate. I recd a phone call in less than 30 mins my watch was fixed! It was the battery! I am very pleased with the customer service, quick repair time, and affordable price for quality service. You wont be disappointed.

Andrew Danna I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I originally purchased a bracelet as a gift from another location, but unfortunately, it was the wrong size. After contacting customer service, I was advised to order the correct size and then exchange the original at this location. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the exchange could not be processed there, despite the prior instructions. This left me in a difficult position, as I now had two bracelets and no clear solution. I became visibly upset and, in my frustration, used inappropriate language while explaining my situation. Rather than attempting to help resolve the issue, the store’s Director chose to have me escorted out by security. While I understand and take responsibility for my tone, I believe the situation could have been handled more professionally and with greater empathy.
