5 /5 Cindy Hamilton: I am so impressed! I was in town briefly and noticed that the clasp on my precious cross necklace was not closing tightly. I looked up jewelry repair and saw this place was close to my hotel . I walked in and was immediately greeted with a welcoming smile from Marissa the store manager . I knew immediately that this lady was competent and accommodating. She looked and said she could replace the clasp and looked at my ring that was slightly bent and said that could be fixed too . She then offered to clean my jewelry at no charge. It was just as a feel good wonderful customer service gesture ! She told me to come back in an hour and she’d have them ready . I returned to shiny and impeccably repaired jewelry…I was thrilled . Marissa and her jeweler Tom are top notch professionals. It was a REFRESHING experience. This was a small purchase, but I was treated like royalty. I highly recommend. Thank you Marissa Cindy H .

1 /5 Carpenter Susan (Susie Q): Went in for a simple sizing of a ring and was met with the rudest man I think I have ever encountered in retail. He said it would be 80.00 and even though they were slow (no business) another 50.00 if I wanted it today. No thank you! I took my ring down the street and got it sized for 29.00 and had it ready the same day. I do not recommend this place! Especially when there is one on every corner and they actually have a personality.

5 /5 Barbara Johnson: I have used this Quikset Jewelry Repair multiple times, all with excellent results. My most recent repair was resizing my wedding band (with a filigree design) and a solitaire that I have worn for 47 years. I was so excited to see how beautiful my rings looked - both had to be sized up 1.5 sizes due to arthritic knuckles. I opted to have gold beads placed inside the bands to help secure the rings on my finger. I was ecstatic to see how my wedding set turned out. The filigree design did not even look as if it had been altered...the gold beads made my rings comfortable; and I can now take them off and on with ease. The workmanship was so great. I truly did not think I would ever be able to wear this set again. Thanks to Quikset Plano for taking such great care of my rings.

5 /5 S A: Stopped by Quikset today to get a broken clasp on my chain fixed. Steve was very polite and welcoming. He did an amazing job fixing the clasp while I waited - I was there less than 10 minutes! He even fixed one of the hoop earrings I was wearing, where the post didn’t stay snug in the clasp. I will definitely be returning to Steve soon, to fix some other jewelry that needs repair. Thank you!
