I called multiple jewelry stores in the city looking for a watch for my husband and ended up here because of how helpful and friendly Jeremy was over the phone. The customer service here was absolutely wonderful. So excited about my new purchase and new favorite jewelry store in Houston!

During my search, the manager Manuela approached me to see if she could help and we were able to have a lovely small talk with one another. I finally settled on an item after some time and at just the right moment Tashpiya came to help. The gift wrapping was also a sweet touch. I enjoyed the store and their associates.
