5 /5 Brian: As a first time watch buyer, would driving 6 hours in a day for the sole purpose of visiting L Majors Jewelers be a successful endeavor? The answer as exemplified by the photo of my new Glashütte Original watch is a resounding: absolutely! In my online research I had presumed a few things: Glashütte Original has amazing craftsmanship, the PanoMaticLunar captures my personality, L Majors Jewelers is the ideal place to experience an amazing first time purchase, and the staff are incredible. Today’s visit proved beyond true on all accounts. Melania, Michael, and the whole staff curated an amazing experience for me as I navigated from the basics (how to latch/unlatch the watch) to the values (history of the watch maker) to the practical (does this fit my personality). I am extremely happy with my first purchase and look forward to referring anyone that ever expresses interest in this amazing time piece to a place that values luxury, yet down to earth; tradition, yet leaving a legacy for the future, and exclusivity, yet with quality to match. Thank you for guiding me to the absolute perfect watch…for now.

5 /5 Nate: Stopped in to view their selection of hard to find Glashütte Original watches while in town for work. Was treated extremely well by the sales staff and left with a gorgeous GO SeaQ that you have to see and wear in person to truly appreciate. The team even shipped the box for me at no extra charge so that I wasn’t forced to somehow jam it into my carryon bag to fly home. 100% recommended!

5 /5 Rami: Simply outstanding service. Brought my Glashütte watch for bracelet sizing. Was immediately welcomed by Melanie. The place was busy, so she proposed a few options including giving me a call as soon as things quiet down. Very professional. The work was done perfectly. With a smile and good conversation. I later met Mr. Majors who is just his team, respectful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. Highly recommended.

5 /5 Dennis Shorts: You sometimes walk into high-end watch shops and folks are a bit condescending. Not this place. Michael was warm and so engaging. He took the time to walk me through the various Glashutte SeaQ lines. You can tell that, as a family business, he takes pride in giving a personal touch. I loved delving into the world of such finely crafted little machines. Looking forward to being in touch when I’m ready to buy one of those beauties!

5 /5 LJ Peifer: While visiting my sister in San Antonio, my husband was interested in a Glashutte watch. These timepieces are sold in Austin so we took a day drive to take a peek. We are so glad we did! Natalia and Mr. Majors were so helpful and kind. They are a 5th Generation jeweler. We too own a business which is multi-generational and you can definitely tell by their expertise and pride they take in their business. They placed an order for us and they made sure it came in ASAP since we had to return to Minnesota shortly. We made our second trip to Austin to pickup the new beauty and received such great customer service from everyone! We even got some fun recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants in the area. We will definitely return to the shop when we come and visit Texas again. Hopefully... a little something for the wife this time... ha ha!
