1 /5 equal shares: I asked simple and peaceful questions, and the male employee first helping me never looked me in the eyes, disrespectfully dismissed and ignored my calm questions. He told me to go some else and to have a good day. I replied” I’m having a great day actually, why are you ignoring my legitimate questions “? He was then even more rude so I told him I was going to record And he left sad I fast from that and then a different employee came to deal more rational and respectful. Introduced herself properly and negotiated respectfully. Not fair, but respectful. Because of the terms of the ownership she couldn’t give me a fair price for what was offered. Not even close. Off by atleast 230$ actually more like 300$ brand new Hilti 9.0 36volt battery alone over 400$ She offered 75) for what’s atleast 450$ worth of high quality tools. If you’re searching for anything I would not go to this pawn shop. Ever. Go to fb marketplace or any number of outlets. Veronica was great but her hands are tied by corporate. In her words. She apologized because she understood the depth of what was really happening.

Kiefer has been so great at helping me out, even when he’s off the clock! And Veronica always calls me on anything important. They have definitely gotten me through so tough times! 5 /5 Danny Maness: Its a great place to do business. Chris and all the folks are just great. They never fail to meet and go beyond my expectations. And I actually enjoy being in the store beyond just taking care of my accounts. The atmosphere is pleasant and all the folks are pleasant to do business with. This reflects well on the manager, Chris who not only is a good manager but wont hesitate to throw in and help when needed. Ive enjoyed my experiences there and will tell others about National Pawn.

1 /5 Tosha Henson: This is a rip off! I put a new coach purse in lay a way. I called a week before the payment was due and they said no worries we will call you before it’s due. They called me yesterday at 5:59 pm and told me it was the last day but I could come in the next day and reactivate it and not lose it! So, I come in today( the next day) and they say they sold it! I tell them you told me to come in the next day, and here I am. I would never do business with this place again. I asked them why didn’t they tell me that yesterday when they called me yesterday, I got no response.
