5 /5 Shelly Wood: The Richland Mall location is the best Zales location I have been to. The Manager and Assistant Manager were so helpful and professional. I really felt seen and heard and they did every thing they could to make my bad experience at the Waco outlet location better. They treated me with respect and understanding. I can not recommend this location enough. Their inventory is beautiful and the staff is exemplary. I will be returning to have my wedding band designed and I also have my eye on another lovely ring.
