Carl Saxon Allen Jewelers did an outstanding job repairing my titanium watch band for my Garmin watch. I had taken it somewhere else and they told me it needed substantially more work. Allen Jewelers repaired it quickly without any issues. They were prompt and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Henry McCarty I recently encountered this jewerly store due to my grandson purchasing a necklace.After he purchased the necklace with in a 3 weeks the clasp become defective (not working).I went to the store to see about a replacement ,after going back and fourth with the salesman and not getting anywhere. I went ahead and had to send it in to be fixed. I paid 27 dollars to repair a necklace that was only purchased 3 week prior. I was not happy about this as my grandson had just turned 15 on the date of purchase.I displayed my disatifcation on this. The owner Shawn contacted me and offered to replace the necklace and to refund my cost for the repair. I met Shawn today at his store and was replaced with a warm welcome and replacement necklace for my grandson. I am truly sorry for posting a negative review on a previous post (that was removed) after speaking with Shawn .I will always come here first on any jewerly purchases in the future. You have earned my trust and thankyou for taking care of this. P.S. Good luck of the fishing trip dont for get to look for the colored apts.

Nicole Bedoya This review was long overdue. You know that icky feeling you get when you go into ring shop and you feel like they just want you to buy something or move on? Thats not what you get here at all. I have never had a better experience than coming to the Clean Origin store in terms of customer service. This was such a huge moment for my fiance and I, and they didnt rush us, they listened, they took their time to help me find what I wanted. And trust me, I had no idea what I wanted at first so the patience was unmatched. By the end of it, the person who helped us, Kya, felt as if I was shopping with a bestie. She took me to the best lighting, helped me get a video if the ring, and really helped my fiance through the whole process of purchasing when the time came over email and phone a few months later. We did look at other rings after we came here, but ultimately, we got my ring here because you couldnt beat the day or experience. I dont just see my ring, I see the day my fiance flew me to Texas to see this store in person, and we had nothing but warm genuine kindness from everyone inside.

Castillo Hugo “Александр” Moe is a True Professional - Handled a Cherished Watch with Care! I came to Precious Jewelry Outlet with a vintage watch that belongs to my daughter. It’s a special piece to her, so I was nervous about finding someone to replace the battery. Moe was the gentleman who assisted me, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable and handled the older watch with the utmost care and precision. He had it running again in no time. My daughter was thrilled! Thank you, Moe, for your excellent work and for treating a sentimental item like your own. I highly recommend this store!

Three generations of my family have been coming to Troy Vinson Jewelers. My family has have three engagement rings, wedding bands and other jewelry made here. They take their time to make each piece correct and special for each person. My family will only come to Troy Vinson Jewelers.

They offered instant sizing to my ring and delivered with a smile, sweet conversation and a shiny ring. They took the time to size me correctly, tighten the settings and shined it to sparkle! Shanna Hollingsworth For years I’ve had 3 beautiful diamonds I stopped wearing because they just didn’t fit the person I am today. Every time I looked at them they represented my past. When I walked into Red Tree and spoke to Sean, I explained that I need them to represent the woman I am today. We discussed a ring that would hold my 3 diamonds and I wanted to add sapphires. Sean introduced me to Ceylon Sapphires. The most gorgeous sapphire in my opinion. An amazing cornflower blue. Sean did a rough sketch on what we discussed and already it was perfect on paper. I followed up with Gary, who’s the craftsman behind the ring. He gave me options on how the ring could look, traditional, modern, or somewhere in between. They gave me a number of Ceylon sapphires to choose from. And with their expertise, we chose the most beautiful sapphires to enhance my ring. Working with Sean and Gary was the result of true craftsmanship. When I picked up my ring, I was overwhelmed by the beauty of it. Those 3 diamonds that once were hidden in a drawer, now shine brilliantly. This ring is who I am today. Thank you Sean and Gary, you two are truly gifted at what you do.

Mallory Johnson Omg stumbled across this store and I literally am obsessed. I love the studs and pearls I got. Plus they do permanent jewelry and piercings. I got me and my best friend matching birthstone rings. Love the staff super welcoming and accommodating and my new place to stop in every time I visit Houston. PA please open a store in Dallas.
