As a passionate collector, I truly value not just the watches themselves, but the quality of the service and the depth of knowledge behind them. Emily delivered on both fronts. She was attentive, well-versed in the brand, and ensured everything from selection to pickup was smooth and enjoyable. The thoughtful touches — like the Tudor cap and tumbler — made the experience feel even more personal. When I couldn’t find what I wanted, she introduced me to Jessica from sales. Jessica was able to guide me towards a Cartier watch that was absolutely beautiful. I wanted it to be a special gift for my boyfriend. Lucia helped ensure that by hand wrapping the watch for me and adding a bow with wax seal. This is definitely my first time shopping at the store, but not my last.

5 /5 Marianne Bowman: Old Rolex was refurbished & ready to pick up at Zadok. Looks like new again! But couldn’t resist browsing through the large selection of watches available in the showcases. Jessica met us with a smile & allowed a closer inspection of some of their finest. We left with 2 new Panerai watches on our wrists we are delighted to wear. Definitely enjoyed our shopping experience at Zadok and feel like we have a brilliant new friend there who knows her business.
