She went above and beyond personally advocating for us, keeping us informed when customer service fell short, and ensuring everything was resolved in the best way possible. Monica’s professionalism, diligence, and genuine care not only fixed the situation but created lifelong loyalty from us as customers. She is the reason we will continue to trust Kay Jewelers. If every representative operated the way Monica does, there would never be a doubt about customer satisfaction. Truly outstanding service! Bree Dauphinee Lucas did an amazing job with my emerald! I had bought it in Colombia and it was set in sterling silver. I wanted a metal that wouldn’t oxidize, while making the necklace design more minimalistic. Lucas did a fantastic job and made the necklace exactly how I was wanting! I highly recommend.
