Morgan Byers There are not enough words that could describe our entire experience at Acori! My (now) husband and I moved to Texas from Florida just a couple of years back. After our incredible & beautiful engagement, we quickly began discussing the steps towards designing my wedding band. After not much time, and consideration of the blessing of pieces we were given by family, there was no question; my band was going to be a culmination of family heirloom diamonds. Sandy Sirkel They are the best of the best. I took in several family rings to have an engagement ring made. It is so beautiful. I had no idea what we wanted or anything, just took in several pieces. They came up with a design, which we approved from the drawing. It is so beautiful. Definitely a piece that will be worn daily and treasured as opposed to having several family pieces in the jewelry box for 10 years. I am planning on returning and having the rest of the stones made into another treasure. Kind, professional, helpful, definitely the best of the best. Every employee I talked with throughout the process was friendly and helpful.

Cindy Hamilton I am so impressed! I was in town briefly and noticed that the clasp on my precious cross necklace was not closing tightly. I looked up jewelry repair and saw this place was close to my hotel . I walked in and was immediately greeted with a welcoming smile from Marissa the store manager . I knew immediately that this lady was competent and accommodating. She looked and said she could replace the clasp and looked at my ring that was slightly bent and said that could be fixed too . She then offered to clean my jewelry at no charge. It was just as a feel good wonderful customer service gesture ! She told me to come back in an hour and she’d have them ready . I returned to shiny and impeccably repaired jewelry…I was thrilled . Marissa and her jeweler Tom are top notch professionals. It was a REFRESHING experience.
