His expertise saved us from making a mistake with an online purchase that wouldn’t have suited my preferences. Patricia Fults I received a Bulova watch for my birthday in April & the battery didnt last long. I went to a dept store in McAllen to replace battery - 1 hour and 3 associates later - I was told my watch was broken. Regency Jewelers was my first stop. I spoke with Roy and he did a excellent job explaining how Bulovas can be tricky - theyd replace the battery first; if it was in fact broken & needed repair - theyd provide me w/ an estimate. I recd a phone call in less than 30 mins my watch was fixed! It was the battery! I am very pleased with the customer service, quick repair time, and affordable price for quality service. You wont be disappointed.

As for someone who shops alone all the time getting someone’s opinion means so much, they were very patient. I am looking forward to visiting this store again. She is so warm and welcoming. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and her passion shows in her work. Not only is she incredibly professional, but her attention to detail is outstanding. She walked me through the entire process and made sure everything fit perfectly before I left. The quality of the jewelry is absolutely amazing!
