Joe G. This is a newer location (recently moved) and it looks great. From the jewelry displays to the mall location, its a great convenient shopping spot. The customer service guests are pretty friendly and are very informed about their products. Theyre charming and will win your business if you need help looking for a special gift. There is a section within this store, I dont recall seeing it at the old location, where they custom make the jewelry in front of you. I wasnt sure if it was made to order or if they were just piecing the jewelry together to place on the displays. Nonetheless, it was cool to see the workers in action.

Allana Coleman Lynn at Jim’s Jewelers assisted us with modifications to a couple men’s rings and sized our fingers. The whole staff was welcoming and friendly. We received our rings very quickly and the work was IMPRESSIVE! They also have a wide selection of rings etc. I highly recommend Jim’s Jewelers for all your needs.

Adam Shepherd I contacted Daniel about an engagement ring. He was referred to me from a friend who had also bought a ring from him. I had a general idea of what I wanted, but Daniel was able to make suggestions based on my budget. Once I made a decision, he was quick to order the setting and performed the bench work as soon as it arrived. He was communicative throughout the process and his after sales service is outstanding.

After mentioning my struggle with anklets falling off in the past, she explained everything about permanent jewelry, from pricing to the differences in chains, metal types, and the charms I could add, etc. She has so many options to choose from! She helped me decide on the perfect anklet and let me walk around with it to size it correctly. I love my anklet so much. Her studio is also super cute. Thanks Nichole!
