Lisa Garcia We went in yesterday around 5 when they would usually be open, but they were closed until Monday to finish repainting the shop. They were very hard at work painting but the owner was gracious enough to open up the door for my father who was in need of a last minute birthday gift. She was extremely accommodating and allowed us to purchase a ring! They even wrapped the gift for us. 10/10 would recommend purchasing form this jewelry shop

Some of us wanted permanent bracelets and others did not and she gave us the option to still be able to all have the same bracelet regardless. We all loved it! Javier worked with us in making sure we got the perfect rings. He was patient, understanding, thoughtful and went above & beyond…staying in contact with us even after hours. For my surprise proposal, he made sure the engagement ring was sized and returned before my proposal date. When the ring was ready to pick up on his off day, he still came into the store to make sure I got the ring and was happy with it. He and the staff also made suggestions for the proposal so they were extremely helpful overall. My fiance loves the ring and were so happy we selected this Kay Jewelers location.
