Noel Ramos Had to go into James Avery today to have two pieces cleaned. Today Elizabeth helped me and she and the rest of the staff made me feel very welcomed. I love coming into a store where people go out of their way to help you and make you feel welcomed. I’m from a small town originally and this is an aspect that I miss. So for me it’s nice to have that hometown feeling when going into a store like James Avery. The staff today is a true example of what a customer like me looks for in a store. Ashley Atchison Had a WONDERFUL experience at the Zales outlet today...there was in house jewelry repair person and they did an AMAZING JOB changing out my diamond!!! I bought the original engagement ring and wedding band at Zales 25 years ago and continue to go back due to people like Ivy and her team!!!!
