Tara Mustafa What an amazing experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked it to this beautiful store. We came in to get a bracelet that my bestie wanted to get me for my birthday. We have been talking about this jewelry for a while and we finally made it. The esthetic was beautiful and the Lab coats add such a vibe to the environment. We were helped by Sunni and Claire who worked well together and explained all the process and the products. They were kind and considerate and very professional. We did not feel rushed or pressured in any way. These ladies are excellent staff who bring light to the location! Thank you for an amazing experience. We ended up with 2 gold bracelets and charms. Cannot wait to add to our collection with the next special occasion!

Monica G My mom passed away not too long ago and I came across some of her jewelry. I know nothing about jewelry and wanted to find someone to assess it for me. The ladies at Kelly Wade Jewelers took the time to assess everything and let me know what was of value and what was not. I appreciate the fact that they were kind, knowledgeable, and informative without rushing me or brushing over my questions. Even though I made no purchase, I have no doubts their customer service for a purchase would be impeccable.

Sandy Barton They are absolutely awesome to deal with! The entire transaction was incredibly smooth. Le Danni truly went above and beyond in fixing a nightmare situation we had with another jeweler (who sells diamonds internationally). They repaired everything the other jeweler messed up — and did it exactly how we wanted, at about half the cost of what a different local jeweler quoted us. The level of personal attention we received was unsurpassable. You honestly can’t go wrong working with them. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you, Le Danni, for turning our nightmare into a true dream. Jerry McElroy This team is truly amazing. From the very beginning, with the initial meeting with Daniel, to working with Matt and Kaitlyn to receiving the final product was an amazing experience. I came across the Diamond Room searching for a place to bring the custom design I had for my now fiancés to life. Past retailer experiences didn’t go as planned and I had a date in which I wanted to propose. I really wish I would have saved time and found the Diamond Room first. Matt and Daniel helped pick out the perfect diamond. Matt took the time to walk me through different enhancements that made the ring unique as well has protected the side diamonds and the centerstone. Working with Kaitlyn for the CAD renderings and final product could not have been simpler. This is an amazing team and I truly recommend the Diamond Room.

linda nguyen They have very cute earrings and adorable pieces for home decor. I went yesterday in search of a gift. As soon as I walked into the store I was welcomed by a nice smiling gentleman in black. During my search, the manager Manuela approached me to see if she could help and we were able to have a lovely small talk with one another. I finally settled on an item after some time and at just the right moment Tashpiya came to help. The gift wrapping was also a sweet touch. I enjoyed the store and their associates.
