George Torres I went on January 14 2024 to repair a chain that kept unhinging on and off. Nervous I would eventually lose it I decided to stop by and repair it. Trisha advised it was a hinge and took it to the back to repair it. She brought it back nice and cleaned and advised there was no charge! I offered to pay but she would not accept anything! I will definitely be back because of their excellent customers service!!! Strongly recommend them!!

She was so personable, warm, and genuinely loving throughout the whole process. A visit here is “exploring”, not shopping. So many treasures and treats from the past. It’s more than jewelry. It’s a history lesson. Even the location is historic. It once was a bank (as you can tell from the building’s architecture and safe in the back). We’ve been coming to McKinney for six years now (just moved here permanently) and this store is one of our first stops each visit. Go check it out.
