marlene charles This was my first time going to Afandi Diamonds and Designs. I had a gold chain with a gold link that needed to be repaired. The salesman was very nice and did an assessment. He was able to repair it and I was able to pick it up the next day. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely be returning in the future with my jewelry repair needs!

Michael Morris The staff at this location have gone above and beyond for me! My 93 year old grandmother broke her ring finger and could no longer wear her engagement ring. After working with Kristy, she was able to find/order a 14K gold charm-holder necklace and exchange it for a longer chain so my grandmother could remove it more easily. My grandmother came to tears when she saw it. I would have paid twice what I did, just to see how happy it made her. This small gesture made such a difference to me that I will only shop at this location from now on. My family and I walked in with a clear idea of what we were looking for, but as we don’t live near a Tiffany’s, I had spent a significant amount of time online shopping. I knew I needed to see the items in person before making a purchase. From the moment we entered the store, we were greeted with kindness and warmth. Associate Amy was absolutely wonderful! Sofia Newcomer I had such an amazing experience at Tannenbaum! I brought in one of my wedding bands as it had lost a stone and it had sustained some other damage—Michael looked at the ring and was so helpful, he let me know exactly what the jeweler would do to help repair it. I also love that they will send you a quote and wait for your approval before moving forward with any repairs. The cost was more than fair and when I went to pick it up, it looked good as new!! It only took about a week to get the repairs done as their jewelers are on site. It was such a positive experience that I took a very sentimental and precious diamond necklace into the store to be redesigned—Beatrice helped me with this and she was so kind and lovely and knew exactly what I had imagined for my new piece. They also cleaned my other rings for me and sent me home with some ring polishing sticks! From start to finish I cannot recommend this amazing business enough, they really know how to take care of their clients and I will definitely be back for all of my jewelry-related needs + purchases!!
