She talks you through the whole process, has good selection for crystals/gems, and the whole booking/installation process was very organized. I literally cannot wait to come back, if you’re in Lubbock you NEED to pay her a visit.

Rich Reyes I use to be always on the hunt for a good deal when It come to buying quality jewelry either during the holidays birthdays especially on valentines day. But for the past 4 or 5 yrs or so I no longer search and have found my go to spot and have become a regular there. Not only do they have great service very educated on pricing on todays market.but when leaving never mad about how much I spend cause. I know I got a good deal . Spend about a hundred bucks on silver your for sure to walk out with a couple rings and a couple chains with pendants and a bracelet for sure . Jim Toner Ive used John Christian Designers to make Family Crest Rings and Pendants for myself and our children. They produced an excellent design, and have been able to use the same mold over many years to make new pieces using the same mold. Sorry the founders re retiring!

Abigail Espinosa I absolutely enjoyed my experience at the Sugarland Location (in First Colony Mall). I was greeted by the very friendly and professional gentleman, Kit. He asked on my preference in metals. I explained that I wanted to re-pierce my ears. He helped me find the cutest pair (and was very patient with me because I was indecisive)!! What I was most pleased with was his kind demeanor as he walked me through the aftercare of the new piercing in step-by-step detail!! That was something I didn’t experience at the woodlands location when I first pierced my ears. (Probably would have saved me the trouble of doing it again.) Another thing, that I didn’t experience was being offered to book an appointment to check on my healing progress. I’m so glad that Kit was the pro that helped me today. I’m very grateful to his knowledge and professional support. 100% recommend this spot.

Jordan Bailey Lola and Tae has been my go-to for my gold jewelry pieces for several years now. Amanda, the owner, is SO talented, kind, personable and accommodating. She’s easy to reach if you have questions, concerns, or just want to shop the jewelry in person. Lola and Tae is my preference for my own jewelry but I also LOVE gifting it to my friends. The pieces are high quality and thoughtfully created— I’ll always be a L&T girl!
