5 /5 Abigail Espinosa: I absolutely enjoyed my experience at the Sugarland Location (in First Colony Mall). I was greeted by the very friendly and professional gentleman, Kit. He asked on my preference in metals. I explained that I wanted to re-pierce my ears. He helped me find the cutest pair (and was very patient with me because I was indecisive)!! What I was most pleased with was his kind demeanor as he walked me through the aftercare of the new piercing in step-by-step detail!! That was something I didn’t experience at the woodlands location when I first pierced my ears. (Probably would have saved me the trouble of doing it again.) Another thing, that I didn’t experience was being offered to book an appointment to check on my healing progress. I’m so glad that Kit was the pro that helped me today. I’m very grateful to his knowledge and professional support. 100% recommend this spot.
